Upgrade your 2016–2027 Ford Super Duty 6.7L Powerstroke with S&B’s Hot Side Intercooler Pipe. The larger 3" aluminum pipe and 4-ply aramid-reinforced silicone hose replace the restrictive and leak-prone factory pipe for improved airflow, performance, and durability.

Will not fit 2023+ High Output Trucks. See 83-2005 for High Output fitment.

Replace the restrictive and failure-prone OEM pipe with larger diameter S&B polished aluminum CAC pipe for better airflow and enhanced durability.

Our 40% Larger than stock 3.0” diameter polished aluminum CAC pipe has less restriction and improved airflow. More airflow equals better performance.

BETTER, STRONGER MATERIAL.

Our 4-ply aramid-reinforced & FKM lined silicone hose is significantly stronger than the OE hose, and built to last. Replace once, enjoy for life. Our hot side intercooler pipe kit also includes heavy-duty spring-loaded T-bolt clamps with a 3/4" wide stainless steel band and bridge for a strong, secure connection.
