Free Shipping Policy

S&B currently offers free ground shipping* for orders that meet the following requirements:

  • Shipping address is within the 48 US contiguous states.
  • Product(s) in cart totals $98.00 or greater.
  • The following SKUs do not qualify for free shipping:
    • 10-4001 Grease Containment Tank
    • 10-5002 60 Gallon Detail Tank
  • Replacement parts not listed on the website do not qualify.

*The free shipping promotion is only offered to non-dealer accounts.

 

Refund Policy

  • Item(s) must be returned within 30 days of purchase. Evaporative Coolers may be returned within 60 days of purchase. Unused items returned after the applicable return window may be eligible for store credit at S&B's discretion.
  • Item(s) must be in new/unused condition. We offer a satisfaction guarantee, and if you're not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within the applicable return window (excluding fuel tanks and non-returnable items).
  • All parts of the product must be returned.

Shipping and reimbursement policies:

  • Shipping charges are the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to S&B Filters' error. S&B can provide a label and deduct the cost of the label from the return. Fuel tanks have a flat $200 return label cost.
  • It is the customer's responsibility to verify that the package actually is returned to S&B Filters' Fontana, California location. (It is recommended that a shipping method with tracking is selected.)
  • A 15% restocking fee applies unless:
    • The return is due to S&B Filters' error.
    • The return is for S&B Suspension parts. A 25% restocking fee applies to all S&B Suspension parts.
  • S&B Filters will not provide any cash refunds.
  • RMA's (Return Material Authorizations) will be processed within 1 business day upon receipt of product.
  • If applicable, a credit card refund will be processed within 1 business day upon receipt of product
  • If a customer has terms with S&B Filters, a credit memo is issued at that time.
  • Orders cannot be cancelled once a tracking number has been populated. A return must be set up once the item is received.
