Larger Pipes. Less Restriction.

The factory intercooler pipes were designed to meet production costs—not maximize airflow, especially with an overall diameter of 2.75 inches. S&B replaces them with 3.5 inch diameter, mandrel-bent aluminum tubing that provides a smoother path for compressed air. The result is reduced restriction, improved airflow, and the performance your 6.7L Cummins deserves.

Built to Handle the Boost.

Factory rubber hoses and plastic components can become weak points as boost pressure and heat increase. S&B's TIG-welded aluminum mandrel-bent pipes, 5-ply aramid-reinforced silicone boots, and heavy-duty spring-loaded T-bolt clamps are engineered for long-lasting durability and reliable boost retention.
