Go farther with S&B’s 60-Gallon High-Capacity Fuel Tank for 1999–2010 Ford Super Duty Powerstroke Crew & Ext Cab Long Bed trucks. Replacing the factory 38-gallon tank, it nearly doubles your fuel range and installs in the OE location.

*Important Notes: This S&B tank reuses the OEM sending unit with the factory empty float position. The S&B tank's larger bottom surface area results in a larger fuel reserve.

The S&B Tank will not fit if your truck has the V-shaped crossmember connected to the carrier-bearing crossmember (see our Install Instructions for example).

Compatible with High Flow Fuel Stations

Our high-capacity fuel tank is engineered for full compatibility with high-flow fuel pumps commonly found at commercial and truck-stop fuel stations. Unlike many aftermarket tanks that struggle with rapid fueling, this system is designed to accept increased flow rates without premature pump shutoff, splash-back, or slow fills. The result is faster, hassle-free refueling on long trips, reduced downtime at the pump, and confidence that your extended-range upgrade performs reliably wherever you fuel up.

All-In-One Kit

This High Capacity Fuel Tank kit includes all required fuel filler lines, vent tubes, mounting brackets, and hardware, along with any necessary ancillary components, to ensure a straightforward, factory-style install. Designed for proper fitment and seamless integration, this all-inclusive approach reduces installation time and ensures the tank performs exactly as intended once installed.
