Yes—fits 2003–2007 F-250/F-350 6.0L and 2003–2006 Excursion 6.0L. Choose Oiled (Cotton Cleanable) or Dry Extendable on the product page.

No tune required; it’s designed to run on the stock calibration.

Yes—CARB EO D-590-9; marked “street legal in all US states.

Both are CARB-exempt for this application; Cotton Cleanable (oiled) is serviceable, Dry Extendable is maintenance-friendly without oiling. Pick either on the intake page.
