The air filter comes pre oiled when shipped to you. It’s important to clean and reapply the correct amount of oil to ensure the filter does its job. Oil amounts are listed under the filter for your vehicle & the Precision II Cleaning & Oiling Kit comes with the cleaner, oil and applicator to make it easy.

HOW TO EXTEND LIFE OF S&B DRY EXTENDABLE FILTER

We recommend inspecting the filter every oil change. Replace the filter every 15,000-30,000 miles depending on driving conditions. Watch the video to see how you can extend the life of the filter.
