S&B Monthly Giveaway Terms and Conditions

OVERVIEW

Welcome to the S&B Monthly Giveaway! Each month, we give our fans and customers a chance to win a premium S&B Cold Air Intake—built for maximum performance and reliability. This is our way of saying thank you for being part of the S&B community.

ELIGIBILITY

The S&B Monthly Giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States or Canada who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, affiliates, vendors, or immediate family members of S&B are not eligible to enter or win. No purchase is necessary to participate. The giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited.

HOW TO EARN ENTRIES

Participants can earn points to enter the giveaway through the following actions:

Email Sign-Up: Earn 1 point by subscribing to our email list

SMS Sign-Up: Earn 5 points by subscribing to SMS/text alerts.

Vehicle Information Submission: Earn 10 points by submitting valid vehicle information to help us match you with the right products.

Each point earned increases your chances of being selected. As long as you remain subscribed to the email and SMS list you will be entered into all monthly giveaways. 

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY – MAIL-IN ENTRY

To enter without taking the digital actions listed above, send a mail-in entry with your full name, mailing address, phone number, and email address (the one used for S&B communications), along with a note indicating your desire to enter the giveaway. Mail your entry to:

Mail-in entries will be manually credited with 1 point.

Submission Deadline: Mail-in entries must be postmarked at least 7 days before the end of the month and received by the last calendar day of the month to be eligible.

Only one mail-in entry per person per month. Incomplete or illegible entries will not be accepted. S&B is not responsible for late or lost mail.

GIVEAWAY PERIOD

Each giveaway runs from the 1st day to 11:59 PM PT on the last day of each month. 

WINNER SELECTION & NOTIFICATION

At the beginning of each following month, one winner will be selected at random using an automated randomization tool.

The winner will be contacted via the email associated with their entry. The selected individual will have 7 days to confirm and claim their prize. If no response is received within that time, a new winner will be selected using the same process.

PUBLICITY CONSENT

By participating in the giveaway, you agree that S&B may use your first name, city, and state for promotional purposes including, but not limited to, our website, social media, and email. We may request a photo or testimonial for future promotions—participation in these materials is voluntary and not required to receive the prize.

PRIVACY POLICY

Your privacy matters. Information collected during the giveaway will be used solely for the administration of this promotion and to notify the winner. We do not share or sell your personal data. Please review our Privacy Policy for more information.

GENERAL CONDITIONS

S&B reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the giveaway if necessary due to unforeseen issues such as technical failures, unauthorized intervention, or fraud. Attempts to tamper with the giveaway process will result in disqualification and may lead to legal action.

The giveaway is void where prohibited by law.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

S&B is not responsible for technical issues, delayed notifications, lost entries, or errors related to point tracking. By participating, entrants agree to release S&B from any liability related to participation or prize acceptance.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Any disputes will first be subject to mediation in the state of California. If mediation fails, the matter will be resolved through the courts located in California. By entering, you consent to California jurisdiction and waive any right to a jury trial.
