Before You Start

Kit may not fit with the following Aftermarket Parts installed:

Body Lift or Lowering Kit

Custom Hood

Aftermarket Turbocharger and/or Throttle Body Spacer

  • Please read the entire product guide before proceeding.
  • Ensure all parts are present.
  • If you are missing any of the components, call our customer support at (909) 947-0015.
  • Do not work on your vehicle while the engine is hot.
  • Make sure the engine is turned off and the vehicle is in Park or the Parking Brake is set.

Required Tools

  • Flat Head Screwdriver
  • 7mm Socket
  • 8mm Socket
  • 10mm Socket
  • Torque Wrench (In. Lbs.)
  • Various Extensions

Step 1

Using a 7mm socket, go ahead and remove the hose clamp at the intercooler outlet (located on drivers side, just under the core support). Then disconnect from the intercooler side.

Step 2

Using the same 7mm socket, go ahead and disconnect the stock pipe from the throttle body.

Step 3

Using an 8mm nut driver or socket, remove the bolt(s) holding the coolant overflow reservoir.

Step 4

Using a 10mm socket, go ahead and remove the bolt on the cold side pipe bracket under the coolant reservoir.

Step 5

Go ahead and remove the OEM cold side pipe from the engine bay.

Step 6

Prep the S&B Cold Side Pipe by placing a t-bolt clamp on either side. Then feed the pipe into the engine bay.

Step 7

Start by feeding the S&B pipe onto the throttle body first.

Step 8

Then install the other side of the pipe to the intercooler.

Step 9

Please re-install the coolant reservoir.

Step 10

Tighten down the 8mm bolt to secure the coolant reservoir.

Step 11

Tighten down the t-bolt on the intercooler side of the cold side pipe.

Torque Spec

Torque both t-bolt clamps to 75 in. lbs..

Step 11

Verify all connection points are secure. Your installation is now complete.
