Use a 10mm socket to remove the bolt holding on the stock lower MAP Sensor.
Disconnect the wire harness from the lower MAP sensor and then remove the stock lower MAP sensor from the manifold.
Put some blue loctite on the stock MAP sensor bolt. Then mount the stock MAP sensor onto the S&B MAP Sensor spacer. Then tighten down the stock 10mm bolt holding the MAP Sensor to the spacer.
Install the provided O-ring onto the S&B Lower MAP Sensor Spacer.
Take the provided 5mm Allen Bolt and use this to secure the S&B Map Sensor to the manifold.
Once done, go ahead and torque both the allen and hex head bolts on the Lower S&B MAP Sensor to 60in. lbs.
Next, go ahead and plug in the MAP Sensor to the OEM wire harness using the included extension harness within this kit. Once both ends are clicked in, make sure to push the small red tab on each end of the harness to lock it into place.
Securely fasten the provided MAP Sensor Wire Harness Extension using the provided zip-ties.
The installation is now complete.
Please verify that all connection points are tight and secure.
