Before You Start

Required Tools

  • 5mm Allen Wrench/Bit
  • 10mm Socket with Ratchet
  • Blue Loctite
  • Torque Wrench (inch pounds)

Approx. Install Time: 15 min

Step 1:

Use a 10mm socket to remove the bolt holding on the stock lower MAP Sensor.

Step 2:

Remove the stock sensor from the manifold.

Step 3:

Put some blue loctite on the stock MAP sensor bolt. Then mount the stock MAP sensor onto the S&B MAP Sensor spacer. Then tighten down the stock 10mm bolt holding the MAP Sensor to the spacer.

Step 4:

Take the provided 5mm Allen Bolt and use this to secure the S&B Map Sensor to the manifold.

Once done, go ahead and torque both the allen and hex head bolts to 60in. lbs.

Step 5:

The installation is now complete.

Please verify that all connection points are tight and secure.
