Before You Start

Kit may not fit with the following Aftermarket Part(s) installed:

Body Lift or Lowering Kit

  • Please read the entire product guide before proceeding.
  • Ensure all parts are present.
  • If you are missing any of the components, call our customer support at (909) 947-0015.
  • Do not work on your vehicle while the engine is hot.
  • Make sure the engine is turned off and the vehicle is in Park or the Parking Brake is set.

Required Tools

  • 15mm Socket 
  • 19mm Socket
  • Various Extensions
  • Ratchet
  • Floor Jack
  • Floor Jack Extension
  • Rubber Mallet

Step 1

Start by removing the 2x Front Core Support bolts by using a 19mm Deep Socket.

Step 2a

DRIVERS SIDE

Then work your way to the rear and remove the bolts from Rows 2 - 4 using a 19mm Deep Socket.

*In total, there will be 4x Bolts per side that'll need to be removed.

Step 2b

Step 3

Now, go ahead and jack up the Drivers Side of the body/cab using a floor jack with extension or wooden block.

*Important: Ensure that you're jacking up the cab from a reinforced section/point.

Step 4

Remove the lower and upper sections of the OEM mounts.

Tip: If the upper section of the mount is seized, we recommend hammering it off with a rubber mallet.

Step 5

Next, it's time to install the S&B Body Mounts.

It's important that everything above the red collar in the middle of the mount goes on top of the body mount perch.

Step 6

Then move on down the line and install the upper-half of every body mount on the Drivers Side while the cab is up in the air.

Then once the 4x upper sections are installed, go ahead and lower the cab.

Step 7

Next, go ahead and install the 4x lower Body Mount sections/cups.

Then thread in the 4x new bolts on the Driver Side by hand.

Step 8

PASSENGER SIDE

Now, lets move to the Passenger Side of the vehicle.

Go ahead and work your way to the rear and remove the bolts from Rows 2 - 4 using a 19mm Deep Socket.

*In total, there will be 4x Bolts per side that'll need to be removed.

Step 9

Now, go ahead and jack up the Passenger Side of the body/cab using a floor jack with extension or wooden block.

*Important: Ensure that you're jacking up the cab from a reinforced section/point.

Step 10

Remove the lower and upper sections of the OEM mounts.

Tip: If the upper section of the mount is seized, we recommend hammering it off with a rubber mallet.

Step 11

Next, it's time to install the S&B Body Mounts.

It's important that everything above the red collar in the middle of the mount goes on top of the body mount perch.

Step 12

Then move on down the line and install the upper-half of every body mount on the Passenger Side while the cab is up in the air.

Then once the 4x upper sections are installed, go ahead and lower the cab.

Step 13

Next, go ahead and install the 4x lower Body Mount sections/cups.

Then thread in the 4x new bolts on the Driver Side and loosely tighten them using a 15mm Shallow Socket. 

*We recommend using a shallow socket to prevent the potential rounding of bolts when tightening.

Step 14

Tighten down all 8x Body Mount Bolts down using a 15mm Shallow Socket.

Step 15

Torque down all 8x bolts to 76 ft. lbs. using a Torque Wrench.

Your install is now complete.
