Before You Begin

Place the vehicle in park, engage the Parking Brake, and we recommend using wheel chocks.

Step 1

If you haven't done so already, go ahead and remove the S&B valance from the cardboard and allow it to extend fully while you're removing the factory valance.

Step 2

Using an 8mm Socket and Electric Ratchet, it's time to remove all the bolts holding the factory valance to the front bumper.

Important: The middle point will be accessible from the bottom, whereas the end bolts will have to be accessed from the top side.

Step 2b

Step 3

Remove and transfer the OEM clip nuts from the factory valance to the S&B Low Profile Valance. Make sure to match the factory location of each clip nut to the S&B Valance.

There will be (3) Clip Nuts on either end and they will be spaced out as seen in this image.

Step 4

Now, go ahead and unbolt those (2) brackets hanging down from frame rails. To do this, you'll need a ratchet and 18mm Shallow Socket and 18mm Wrench

There will be (4) nuts to undo on both brackets.

Step 5

Now, go ahead and install the S&B Low-Profile Valance onto the front bumper using an 8mm Socket and Ratchet.

Step 6

Verify that all bolts are tight and secure in their position and that no clip nut got skipped.

Your install is now complete.
